The bot is grounded in Zi-Find's actual product behavior, not generic LLM trivia. If your question is one the bot can't answer (or you'd just rather talk to a person), tap "Talk to a human". Your conversation routes straight to our team's admin inbox, and we reply right inside the same chat thread you're already looking at. No new ticket window, no email back-and-forth, no waiting on a separate channel — just a normal chat that one of us picks up.
