Direct messaging between sublease landlords, finders, and Airbnb operators
A messaging inbox arrived so the people on each side of a deal could talk inside Zi-Find instead of chasing contact info off-platform.
That means three groups in one thread: sublease-approved landlords with a property to offer, property finders who sourced it, and the Airbnb arbitrage and mid-term rental operators who want to run it. Conversation lists and pagination kept longer threads manageable, and an integrated support chat meant help was a click away.
Messaging quickly became the place where a deal went from "interested" to "let's do this" — and it's a piece we rebuilt and expanded significantly in the 2026 relaunch.
