Property browsing got the biggest upgrade. Listings now have a redesigned detail page, an interactive map view with price markers, and a built-in deal calculator on every listing. It estimates returns two ways: as a short-term rental for Airbnb arbitrage operators, and as a mid-term rental for 30+ day, corporate housing, and insurance/displacement housing demand. You can size up rent, projected revenue, expenses, and cash flow without leaving the page.

That dual view matters because the same sublease-approved property often pencils out very differently as an Airbnb versus a furnished monthly rental for traveling professionals. Everything was tuned for mobile along the way, setting the foundation for the public marketplace launch that followed.
