Refer other listers, earn free listing credits

A new way to grow your free-tier capacity on Zi-Find — without paying for Pro.

Before. The Finder free tier capped you at one active listing. To list a second, you had to upgrade to Finder Pro ($29/mo). Realtors and owners followed the same shape. Fine for committed listers; friction for the ones still kicking the tires.

After. Every lister gets a personal referral code as soon as their first listing is approved. Share it with another finder, realtor, or owner. When they sign up using it and their own first listing gets approved, you earn three free listing credits — usable on any listing beyond your free tier.

Some specifics, because referral programs live and die on the details:

• Credits earn on first-approved listing, not signup. We want the program rewarding people who actually grow the marketplace, not email-farmers.
• You can't refer until you've listed. Your code stays locked until your own first listing is approved — same gate, same reasoning.
• Cap at 9 credits lifetime (three successful referrals). Past that, Finder Pro is the path to more listings.
• Consume on publish, no refund on delete. Spending a credit publishes the listing for keeps; if you take the listing down later, the credit is still gone. Otherwise the program would game itself.

You can see your code, share URL, and stats at app.zi-find.com/refer. The page shows your current balance, how many referrals are pending (signed up, no listing yet) vs. qualified (their listing went live and you got paid), and how much of your lifetime cap is left.
