The "Still available?" emails: confirming your listing every two weeks
About every two weeks, Zi-Find emails you to ask whether each of your live listings is still available. One tap confirms it and keeps it on the marketplace. We do this so operators only reach out about properties that are genuinely open.
What the email looks like
- Subject: Still available? Confirm your Zi-Find listing (or "Confirm your 3 Zi-Find listings" if you have several — they all come in one email).
- Each listing is shown with its photo, address, and rent.
- It gives a Confirm by date.
- A button: Review your listing (or Review your listings).
How to answer
- Press Review your listing in the email. It opens a page showing your listing — opening the page doesn't change anything.
- For each listing, choose:
- Confirm availability — it stays live, and we won't ask again for about two weeks.
- No longer available — it comes off the marketplace right away. Nothing is deleted.
- After confirming, you can continue into your account to update photos or details.
The answer is recorded only when you press a button on that page. That is deliberate: some email security filters "click" every link in a message, and we don't want a filter answering for you.
If you don't answer
- We ask again two weeks later.
- After two check-ins in a row with no answer (about four weeks), we pause the listing so operators can't see it, and email you: We've paused your Zi-Find listing — one click to relist.
- Nothing is deleted. All your details and photos stay exactly as you left them.
Putting a paused listing back up
Either:
- press Relist this property in the paused email, or
- sign in, open the listing, and press Put it back up.
Relisting restarts the two-week clock, so you won't immediately get another check-in.
Good to know
- Confirming at any time resets the clock.
- Finders and realtors can turn these emails off under Account, in Notifications (Is it still available?). Turning them off also stops listings being paused for no answer.
- If a property has been rented, choose No longer available rather than ignoring the email — it stops operators messaging you about it.
The page says "This link is no longer active."
Sign in and open the listing directly. A listing that is live doesn't need any action; a paused one can be put back up from its page.
