Lessons, handouts and workshop replays in Zi-Find University
Inside a course, the lesson list sits on one side and the player on the other. A lesson can be a video, an audio recording or a PDF handout, and replay courses show recorded sessions as a simple list.
Watching a lesson
- Open University and click a course.
- Pick a lesson from the list. It plays in the player.
- Read the lesson description under the player. Links in it are clickable.
- Move to the next lesson when you are ready. Your progress fills in as you go.
Types of lesson
- Video — plays in the player. Private course videos play through a secure player that only works while you are signed in with access to the course.
- Audio lesson — some lessons are audio only and play in an audio player instead.
- PDF handout — some lessons include a handout. It shows in the page, with an Open / download button that always works if the preview does not load. A handout can sit alongside a video or audio lesson.
Related lessons
Some lessons link to related lessons — in the same course or in another one. They appear in a related lessons card. Clicking one takes you straight there, so you never have to hunt for the lesson a video mentions.
Workshop replays
Recorded sessions live in a Replays course. Instead of a numbered curriculum, it shows a list of sessions you can expand to watch.
Some replays are hosted on Google Drive. If a recording does not play in the page, use Open in Google Drive on that session to watch it there.
Good to know
- Links to a specific lesson open that lesson directly, which is how emails about a new replay take you to the right recording.
- If a lesson shows a placeholder instead of a video, the recording may still be processing. Try again later, then contact us from Help if it stays that way.
- Lessons explain how the work is done. They are not legal advice — always check your lease, local rules and a licensed professional.
