Property sourcing platform launches for Airbnb arbitrage operators

Zi-Find began as a sourcing tool for short-term rental operators — an early, internal product long before any public marketplace. The first builds focused on the fundamentals: search properties, view them on a map, and manage everything from a single dashboard.

The idea was simple. Running an Airbnb arbitrage business means constantly hunting for properties a landlord will actually allow you to sublease and operate as a short-term rental — and most operators were doing that across spreadsheets and a dozen browser tabs. We wanted one place to find and track sublease-approved properties instead.

This early version wasn't pretty, and it wasn't public. But it proved the core idea, gave us real operators to learn from, and became the foundation everything else grew from over the next fifteen months.
