The same question applies to mid-term rental operators weighing 30+ day and corporate housing demand. This data spoke to both: real revenue numbers instead of gut feel.

Property insight panels and a local-regulations widget landed alongside it, so operators could weigh the upside and the rules before committing. It was Zi-Find's first real analytics layer — and it shaped how operators decided where to spend their effort.
