Zi-Find pricing breakdown: every plan and what it costs

Zi-Find charges flat subscription fees. Operators pay $97 or $197 a month, finders and realtors can start free or pay $97 or $297 a month, and property owners, co-hosts and vendors pay nothing. We never take a percentage of a deal or of rent.

Pro Host includes:

Elite Host includes everything in Pro Host, and:

• 130 property searches a month, with our finder network working the sublease approval first
• A revenue estimate on any address: 3 a day, unlimited on the annual plan
• A go/no-go check on an address before you spend time on it
• Tell us what you're looking for, and our network searches for it

Finder plans are billed monthly.

Free roles

• Property owners: listing is free, for as many of your own properties as you want to list.
• Co-hosts: free to join the directory.
• Vendors: free to be listed.

What you never pay

• No commission or success fee when a lease is signed.
• No percentage of rent.
• No payment processing on deals. Money between operators, finders and owners is arranged between them and never passes through Zi-Find.

How billing works

• Subscriptions are charged up front for each period and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Zi-Find does not store your full card number.
• Your current plan, next billing date and invoices are on Account, under Billing.
• Upgrades are charged the difference straight away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, with nothing charged or refunded today. See Changing your plan.
• Purchases are non-refundable, and cancelling stops the next renewal. See Refund policy.

Good to know

• Prices are in US dollars.
• If you pay while signed in, the plan attaches to your existing account rather than creating a new one.
• Prices can change. We communicate price changes as required by law, and the price on your invoice is what you pay.

FAQ

Is there a free trial?

The plans on the public pricing page do not include a free trial. Some coach and partner programs come with their own trial access. Finders can start on the free plan with one active listing, and owners, co-hosts and vendors are free.

Why does an operator pay and an owner does not?

Operators are the ones searching for homes they can sublease, so marketplace access is what they buy. Owners and finders supply the homes.
