Choosing the right Zi-Find plan for your role

The right plan depends on your role. Operators choose between Pro Host and Elite Host. Finders and realtors start free and can move to Finder Pro or Finder Pro+. Property owners, co-hosts and vendors are free. Every plan is a flat subscription: Zi-Find never takes a cut of a deal or of rent.

If you are an operator

You are looking for sublease-approved homes to run as rentals.

Pro Host — $97/month or $997/year. For operators working the marketplace themselves.

Elite Host — $197/month or $1,970/year (two months free). For operators who want us searching for them. Everything in Pro Host, and:

• 130 property searches a month, with our finder network working the sublease approval first
• A revenue estimate on any address: 3 a day, unlimited on the annual plan
• A go/no-go check on an address before you spend time on it
• Tell us what you are looking for, and our network searches for it

Pick Pro Host if you want to browse and reach out yourself. Pick Elite Host if you would rather name what you want and have the network do the legwork, or you want the address checks.

If you are a finder or realtor

You source sublease-approved properties and list them for operators. Realtors use the same plans as finders.

• Free: one active listing, so you can try the marketplace.
• Finder Pro — $97/month: up to 7 active listings, operator demand the day it lands with a set number of requests you can work each month, messaging where you can share contact details, the Deal Toolset CRM, a public deal-finder profile, and the contact details of operators you connect with.
• Finder Pro+ — $297/month: everything in Pro, plus unlimited listings, unlimited operator demand, our platform sending you clients, wider promotion of your finds, a week of live finder training, and the tools to run your finding business under your own brand.

If you are an owner, co-host or vendor

• Property owners list for free, with no limit on how many of their own properties they list.
• Co-hosts and vendors get a free directory profile so hosts in their markets can find and hire them.

Good to know

• Your account can hold more than one role. Adding a free role never changes your plan. Open More on Zi-Find in the sidebar to see every option.
• If you pay while you are signed in, the subscription attaches to the account you already have. It does not create a second account.
• You can move up or down later. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period. See Changing your plan.

FAQ

Do I pay anything when a deal happens?

No. Zi-Find charges flat subscriptions only. What operators, finders and owners agree with each other is between them and never passes through Zi-Find.

Is there an annual option for finder plans?

Finder Pro and Finder Pro+ are billed monthly. Operator plans offer monthly or annual billing.
