Your finder Earnings page: board payouts and Affiliate credits

Earnings (in your sidebar under Money & learning) has two tabs. Board earnings shows what the Paid by Zi-Find board owes and has paid you. Affiliate shows your referral link and the listing credits you earn when someone you bring in lists a property. Money never moves through Zi-Find: board payouts are paid to you directly when you send your invoice.

Board earnings

Three figures sit at the top, and they are never added together:

• In review — properties you've sent in that are still being decided, at their posted rates. A forecast, not money owed.
• Owed to you — properties that cleared. Send your invoice from the board to be paid.
• Paid — what has actually been paid out.

Below them is every board submission with its status — In review, Being verified, Cleared, Listed, Paid or Not accepted — and its rate. Each one is paid at the rate posted when you submitted it, and that rate is flat and never tied to a lease being signed.

To get paid on a cleared property, go to the board lane and press Send invoice to Zi-Find. See Board feedback and getting paid.

Properties credited to you that aren't earning yet

If owners have listed through your property-upload link, or you listed for an owner, those properties appear with what they are waiting on — for example a missing photo, or the owner's written confirmation.

• Ask the owner sends the owner a one-click request to confirm subleasing is permitted.
• Remind the owner appears once they've been asked, with the number of reminders sent.
• If we don't have the owner's email, the app asks you for it.

A listing shown as unlisted while we wait is on hold, not refused.

Affiliate

The Affiliate tab (it used to be called Refer & earn) has your referral code and link.

1. Share your code or link with another lister.
2. They sign up using it.
3. When their first listing is approved, you earn listing credits.

The tab shows Credits available, how many more you can earn, Qualified referrals (people who listed), Pending referrals (signed up, no listing yet), People you invited and Now active suppliers.

Credits are spent on your next listing — useful on the free plan, which otherwise allows one active listing.

Good to know

• Zi-Find never takes a cut of anything you earn, and nothing here is a commission on rent or on a lease.
• Fees you agree directly with operators (from bounties or demand) are settled between you and them and don't appear on this page.
• Realtors see a different version of this tab: an invite link with no credits, because Zi-Find does not compensate licensees for invites.

My Earnings page says "Nothing submitted yet." Is something wrong?

No. Board earnings fill in once you have a property on the board. Until then the tab is simply empty.
