Your public deal-finder profile and directory listing
Your profile is how operators and listers see you across Zi-Find. If you switch on List me in the public deal-finder directory, it also gets its own public page at app.zi-find.com/deal-finders, where anyone can find you and send an Inquire for Custom Search request. Your email and phone are never shown.
Edit your profile
- Open Account and press Your public profile.
- Fill in what applies:
- A photo or logo (Upload photo or logo).
- Headline and Bio.
- Markets — comma-separated, for example "Dallas, TX · Austin, TX" — and whether you're willing to source outside them.
- Fee range and Experience level.
- Specialty tags.
- Your standard working terms: Cancellation policy, Delivery terms, How you collect payment, and whether custom terms are negotiable. These are shown for information; Zi-Find doesn't enforce them.
- Press Save profile.
Appear in the public directory
- On the same page, switch on List me in the public deal-finder directory. It is off by default.
- Press Save profile.
- A View your public page link appears, pointing to your page at /deal-finders/ followed by your profile name.
To show up, your profile needs at least a headline, a bio or markets. Turn the switch off at any time to come out of the directory.
What visitors see
- Your name, photo, headline, markets, tags, experience and fee range.
- Verified if your email is confirmed, and Zi-Find Certified Finder if you hold the certification.
- How many listings you have live.
- Never your email, phone, brokerage or license number.
Inquiries
A visitor presses Inquire for Custom Search and sends their name, email, city and a message.
- You get an email (if operator-message notifications are on).
- The inquiry appears as a conversation you can read and reply to from the Operator demand lane in Opportunities — the same place demand conversations live. Your reply is relayed to them by email.
- These inquiries are yours alone. They are not posted to other finders.
Good to know
- Any fee you agree with someone who finds you here is between the two of you. No money moves through Zi-Find, and Zi-Find takes no cut.
- Keep your fee flat for the work. Don't tie it to a lease being signed.
- Realtors can use the same profile. Brokerage firm and License number are never put on the public directory page.
Can I hide my fee range or markets?
Yes. On the profile page, the section What shows on your public profile has a switch for each field (headline, bio, markets, fee range and so on). Switch one off and it is hidden. Your email and phone are never shown, whatever you choose.
