Co-hosting on Zi-Find: get listed in the co-host directory

3 min read · Updated 2026-10-19

If you co-host short-term rentals — managing whole properties on behalf of owners — you can join Zi-Find free and get listed in the co-host directory. Operators and property owners use the directory to find and hire co-hosts in their markets, and their inquiries reach you in your Zi-Find messages.

  1. Go to the signup page and choose I co-host short-term rentals.
  2. Create your account and confirm your email from the link we send you.
  3. You land on your co-host Dashboard.

The co-host account is free. It gives you a directory listing, messages and your profile. It does not include the operator marketplace — if you also want to sublease properties yourself, that is a separate operator subscription.

Get verified

Operators only see verified co-hosts. Your dashboard shows a card that walks you through it. Pick one:

  • Share a listing you manage — paste the link to an Airbnb or VRBO listing you co-host. This verifies you instantly. Listing links are private by default; switch one on to show it on your public profile.
  • No listings yet? Submit your website — paste your co-hosting company's website and submit it for review. While it is in review, the card says "Your website is in review", and you appear in the directory once it is approved. Sharing a listing link at any point verifies you instantly instead.

Complete your profile

Your profile publishes once it has the essentials, and a complete profile ranks better and gets inquiries faster. Open My profile and work through the checklist on your dashboard:

  • Add a headline — one short line that says what you do best.
  • List at least one market — operators search by city, so no markets means no visibility.
  • List at least one service.
  • Add a fee range — helps operators know if you fit their budget.
  • Write a short bio.

The Your public listing card on your dashboard shows how operators see you in the directory. When everything is in place, the card says you are live in the co-host directory.

Answer inquiries

When an operator or owner contacts you from the directory, the conversation appears in Messages. Reply there. Any co-hosting fee is agreed directly between you and the client — Zi-Find takes no cut.

Your sidebar

Good to know

  • Your co-hosting agreements with owners are your own. Check that each owner's lease and local short-term rental rules allow what you are doing, and talk to a licensed professional when in doubt.
