The final quiz and how to earn your Zi-Find certification

A Zi-Find certification is earned, never bought. You get it by finishing the required courses in your learning path and passing the final quiz. Paying for a program, holding a role or being granted access does not award it on its own.

Who can earn it

Right now the certification is part of the Finder Program, and our team switches it on for each member individually. If it has been offered to you, a certification card appears on your University page. If you do not see one, certification has not been switched on for your account.

What you need to do

The certification card states your requirement — for example "Complete the first 2 courses of your path" — and counts your progress, such as "1 of 2 required courses complete".

1. Finish the required courses, in order. The required courses are the first ones in your path, in the order your path lists them. For each required course:
   • Open every lesson.
   • Get the course marked complete.
   • Pass the course quiz, if it has one.
2. Take the final quiz. Once the required courses are done, the card shows Take the final quiz. Before then, the final quiz is still shown on the card with a lock, so you know it is the last step.
3. Pass it. You need the passing score shown with the quiz. If you fall short, you see your score and the score needed, and you can review and try again.

When you pass, you see your credential number and a Download certificate button.

Getting your certificate

After you are certified, the certification card on your University page shows a Certificate download button any time you need it again.

Good to know

• Every step is checked. A course with no published lessons, or a path with no published final quiz, cannot be completed — so nobody is certified for steps that do not exist.
• The final quiz stays locked until the required number of courses is complete. The message on the card tells you exactly what is left.
• Your certificate stays yours. If certification is later switched off for your account, a certificate you already earned is not taken away, and you still see its card.
• The certification shows you completed Zi-Find's training. It is not a real estate license and does not authorize you to act as a broker.

FAQ

I finished all my courses but the final quiz is still locked.

Check each required course on the card: every lesson must be opened, the course must be marked complete, and any course quiz must be passed. If everything looks done, sign in and open Help or use the chat bubble.

Can I buy the certification?

No. It can only be earned by completing the coursework and passing the final quiz.
