Which Zi-Find University courses can I access?
You see the courses your account includes, and nothing else. Some courses come with a role or plan, and some are paid tracks that only open when you are enrolled in them.
What opens a course
A course opens for you when any of these is true:
- You are enrolled in it. Enrollment comes with certain purchases and programs — for example the Finder Program enrolls members in its course track automatically — or can be granted by our team.
- Your plan includes it. Some courses are included with Finder Pro+, and Builder accounts include the builder courses.
- Your role includes it. Some courses are made available to everyone holding a particular role.
If none of these applies to any course, University does not appear in your sidebar.
Paid course tracks
Some courses are sold as a track. A paid track only opens for people enrolled in it — holding a role, a plan or a free trial does not open it. This keeps a course somebody paid for from appearing for free to everyone else.
When a paid track is part of your learning path but you are not enrolled, you may see it as a locked card with a short description and a Book a call to unlock button. The card does not list the lessons inside.
Locked courses in your path
A course in your path can also be locked for reasons that have nothing to do with payment:
- Finish the previous step — paths unlock in order. The card names the course you need to finish and mark complete first.
- Release date — a course may say it unlocks on a date. If it also names a course, finishing that course opens it sooner.
Good to know
- Your access follows your account. If your plan or enrollment ends, the courses it included stop opening.
- Seeing a course in your library means you can open every published lesson in it.
