What's in the Builder workspace

The Builder workspace gives you the tools to run your own rental services business under your own name: a website, guided client intake flows, invoices and service agreements, ready-made presentation decks, and Zi-Find University. Your clients deal with you; Zi-Find stays in the background.

Who has it

Builder tools are open to accounts that include builder access, such as an existing Builder plan or builder access granted by our team. If you hold another role too — for example you are also an operator or a finder — a Builder tab appears in the workspace switcher at the top of your sidebar.

If you are on Finder Pro+, the client-facing versions of these tools live in Studio in your finder sidebar instead. Builder tools are being folded into Finder Pro+, so new customers who want them should look at Finder Pro+ ($297/mo).

If you click a Builder page and land on an upgrade screen, your account does not include builder access.

• Properties — the Zi-Find marketplace, so you can see the sublease-approved inventory available to your clients.

Your money, your accounts

Builder tools are designed so client money and client email go through your own accounts:

• Payments in your flows are charged on your own connected Stripe account, so funds go straight to you.
• Client emails go out from your own address once you connect your email in Settings.

Zi-Find takes no cut of what your clients pay you. Any agreement you make with a client is between you and them — Zi-Find is not a party to it.
