A tour of the Zi-Find partner portal for coaches

The partner portal is where a coach sees their whole cohort on Zi-Find: who has signed up, who is stalling, what properties your students are working on, and what you owe. Coaches are set up as partners by Zi-Find directly, so there is no subscription to buy and nothing in your sidebar is ever padlocked.

What is in the sidebar

When you sign in as a partner, the sidebar shows these sections:

1. Dashboard — the last seven days at a glance: students onboarded, properties requested, confirmed properties and deals in progress. Below that you get your students' top cities, a deal pipeline (Lead, Inquiry Sent, Response Received, Application Sent, Lease Signed), a student activity feed with last login and days left, and a "Confirmed Property Success" table by market.
2. My Students — your roster, with a Needs attention filter and a private coaching record for each student. See Managing your students.
3. Client searches — your setup link for starting a property search for a student, and the live status of every search. See Tracking client searches.
4. Underwrite — pull short-term rental numbers on a student's property so you can tell them which deals work.
5. Invoicing — the automatic invoices raised as your students finish onboarding. See Partner invoicing.
6. Side income — approved properties your students have not acted on.
7. Settings — your account, the onboarding flow your students see, your team, and your underwriting data sources.

If your partnership is set up for client searches, Underwrite and Side income are hidden from your sidebar, desktop and phone alike. Everything else works the same.

On your phone

The portal works on mobile. The bottom bar holds your main destinations and a More button opens the rest.

Good to know

• If an invoice is waiting, a banner at the top of your dashboard says how many and the total, and links straight to Invoicing.
• The dashboard only counts students attached to your program. A student who signs up on their own, without your link, will not appear until Zi-Find attaches them to your cohort.
• Zi-Find is a marketplace, not a brokerage. We take no cut of any deal or rent your students sign.
