Pro Host vs Elite Host: which operator plan is right for you?

Zi-Find has two plans for short-term and mid-term rental operators. Pro Host is for working the marketplace yourself. Elite Host is for when you want us searching for you. Both are flat subscriptions; we never take a cut of your rent or your deals.

Pro Host: $97 a month, or $997 a year

For operators working the marketplace themselves:

• Browse and contact sublease-approved listings
• Property searches every month (Zillow links or addresses our finder network works)
• Owner contact once approval is in writing
• Tell us what you're looking for
• Market pages for the cities we cover
• Vendor and co-host marketplaces

Elite Host: $197 a month, or $1,970 a year

Everything in Pro Host, and:

• 130 property searches a month, and our finder network works their sublease approval first
• A revenue estimate on any address: 3 a day on monthly, no daily limit on annual
• A go/no-go check on an address before you spend time on it
• Tell us what you're looking for, and our network searches for it
• Owner contact once approval is in writing

Elite Host annual is ten months' price, so two months are free compared with paying monthly.

Which should you pick?

Choose Pro Host if you mainly want access to approved inventory, you are happy to message listers yourself, and you send us a handful of properties a month.

Choose Elite Host if you are scaling, you want a large volume of properties worked toward written approval for you, or you want to underwrite addresses before you commit time to them.

What counts as a property search?

One search is one property, a Zillow link or an address, sent from your Submissions page. Our finder network works it: identifying the owner, tracing contact details and reaching out toward a sublease approval. Each property uses one search from your monthly allowance. See Submitting a property.

Without a paid plan

You can create an account and browse the marketplace for free with the address and contact details hidden, and send a small number of property searches. Messaging listers and seeing full listing details need Pro Host or Elite Host.

Larger teams

Good to know

• Zi-Find is not a brokerage. Your plan price is the only thing you pay us, and it does not depend on whether you sign a lease.
• Moving from Pro Host to Elite Host takes effect straight away. Moving from Elite Host to Pro Host is self-serve too: open Change to a lower plan at the bottom of the Billing tab and follow the steps, and the change happens at the end of your current billing period. See Managing your subscription.
