Zi-Find for realtors: how licensed agents and brokers use it

2 min read · Updated 2026-10-19

Zi-Find gives licensed real estate agents and brokers a place to put sublease-approved rentals in front of short- and mid-term rental operators. Your listings publish instantly, carry your licensed credential, and operators message you directly. It's free to start with one active listing.

Who it's for

Agents and brokers who represent landlords — or who come across rentals — where the owner has agreed in writing that the tenant may sublease, for example for Airbnb-style stays, mid-term stays for travel nurses and corporate guests, or co-hosting. On Zi-Find these are called sublease-approved properties.

The people looking for them are operators: rental hosts who pay Zi-Find for marketplace access.

How it works

  1. Sign up as a realtor. On the signup page, choose I'm a licensed agent or broker and pick Agent or Broker. Confirm your email from the link we send.
  2. List a property. Enter the address and press Publish listing. It goes live immediately — see Why realtor listings publish instantly.
  3. Finish the listing. Add photos, rent, and details from My Listings.
  4. Answer operators. Operators message you under Operator Inquiries, and you get an email for each new message.

Your realtor workspace

The sidebar shows:

  • Dashboard — your plan, and four live numbers: Active listings, unread Operator inquiries, Listings viewed (all time), and Inquiries this month.
  • My Listings — every listing with its thumbnail, views, inquiries, and what's missing.
  • List a Property — add a new listing.
  • Operator Inquiries — your conversations with operators.
  • Invite network — a link to invite other agents and owners.
  • Account — your details, notifications, and billing.

On your listings, operators see your credential

Realtor listings display with your Licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker designation, so operators know a licensee is behind them.

What Zi-Find is and isn't

Zi-Find is a marketplace, not a brokerage. We don't represent you, your client, or the operator, and we take no share of any lease, rent, or commission. Any agreement — including how you are compensated — is between you, your client, and the operator. Zi-Find pays licensees nothing for listings or invites. Follow your brokerage's policies and your state's rules.

Good to know

  • No listing in hand yet? At signup, choose I represent clients with sublease-approved properties to start with a directory profile, and list when you have one.
  • Realtors use the same economics as Zi-Find finders: free with one active listing, or Finder Pro for unlimited. See Realtor plans.
