Reading a listing: what you see before and after you subscribe
A listing page shows the property's photos, rent, specs, location, and who listed it, plus an estimate tool to run the numbers. Some details, like the exact address and the lister's own notes, open up once you have a Pro Host or Elite Host subscription.
What's on a listing page
- Title, badge and source. The approval badge and who listed it (owner, finder, agent, or an operator transferring a lease), with the fee line for that type.
- Photos. Click any photo to open the full-screen viewer and use the arrows to step through.
- About this property. The lister's description, amenities such as walkable or furnished, and any Owner notes.
- Location map. A precise pin when the address is visible, or a circle over the general area when it is not.
- Zi-Profit. A built-in estimate of monthly profit for a short-term rental. Click Tune assumptions to change things like occupancy and the Airbnb or channel fee. It is an estimate to help you decide, not a promise of results.
- Contact box. The button reads Contact Owner, Contact Finder, or Contact Operator depending on the listing type. See Contacting listers.
- Similar Properties Nearby. Other listings close by.
What is hidden before you subscribe
Without a paid plan you can still browse and judge a property: photos, specs, rent, neighborhood, and the Zi-Profit inputs all show. What is held back is anything that lets you reach the lister off the platform:
- the street address (you see the neighborhood, such as "Midtown, Texas", instead)
- the description and the lister's notes
- the link to the original listing
- the lister's name
- messaging the lister
The contact box shows Unlock to contact this lister and an Unlock full access button.
Why some addresses stay private after you subscribe
Listers choose how much to show. Some keep the address at neighborhood level, or hide the unit number, until you message them. In that case the address reads "Address available after you message the lister" or shows only the area. Send a message and the lister will share it.
Good to know
- Rent, availability and terms are set by the lister. Confirm everything directly with them before you sign.
- An approval to sublease comes from the owner. Ask to see it in writing, and check the lease and local short-term rental rules yourself.
- If you list properties too, you always see your own listing in full, exactly as a subscribed operator does.
The Zi-Profit numbers look off. Can I change them?
Yes. Click Tune assumptions and adjust occupancy, fees, and other inputs. You can also set your own default costs (furniture, supplies and so on) under Account then My criteria so every estimate starts from your numbers.
